I run the technical side for people with online businesses, and take on planning and scheduling work more broadly - the operational load that keeps a small business or a project moving but that nobody wants to own full-time.
Payment flows and integrations, Zoom and video-call infrastructure and admin, day-to-day back-end admin, tools that refuse to talk to each other made to talk to each other, and being the person who keeps things upright through a launch or a busy period.
Software subscriptions & bespoke applications
Small, purpose-built software - web apps, internal tools, automations - built for a single client's actual problem rather than sold off a shelf. Some of it is a one-off build; some runs on an ongoing subscription where I keep it maintained, hosted and working.
How it works
There’s no fixed price list or checkout - scope varies too much for that to mean anything. We talk through what’s needed, I quote a price and timeframe, and nothing starts until that’s agreed in writing.
Once a piece of work is agreed, it’s invoiced directly and can be paid by card or bank transfer. If a project is cancelled before work begins, anything already paid is refunded in full; work already completed is billed on a pro-rata basis.
